Can I redeem offers with my purchase?

Site offers can not be redeemed on subscription purchases. You do however receive a bonus gift when placing your first subscription order.

How do I start a subscription?

Some Dermalogica products are available for subscription and some are not. For those products available as a subscription, you will see the option to “Subscribe” on the product page. We will charge and ship your subscription based on the schedule you select on the product page.

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you check out with your subscription product or products, we will send you a link to create a store account. Once you have an account, and are logged in, you will be able to see the option “subscription” and then click “manage subscription”. You will be able to edit, skip or cancel your subscription.

How do I change my next shipment date?

Once you log into your store account, and visit your “subscription” and then click the “manage subscription” link, you should see the option to “edit shipment”. From there you can select a new shipment date for your upcoming order.

How do I manage my store account?

You can create a new account on the store without making a purchase by clicking the person icon in the top right corner. If you already have an account, simply click the person icon to login. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions on the login page.

How do I view my upcoming subscription order?

Once you login to your store account, click “subscription” and then see your active subscriptions, you should see a “next shipment date” next to any active subscriptions.

How do I add a product to my existing subscription?

Once you log into your store account, and access your auto-replenishment(s), visit the “manage subscription” link next to any active auto-replenishment. On the next screen you will see the option to add a one-time product or another subscription product to your existing subscription.

What is your cancellation policy and how do I cancel a subscription?

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your subscription at any time, by logging in to your store account, and visit the “manage your subscription” link next to an active subscription. From there you will see the “cancel my subscription” option under your subscription information.

What are my payment options for subscription?

We accept credit card payments and some advanced payment methods during checkout.

What are the program's terms and conditions?

• By placing an auto-replenishment order on Dermalogica.co.uk, you agree to these terms and conditions for the Dermalogica Auto-replenishment program and authorize us to charge your payment card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.

• The charge for each auto-replenishment item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your Dermalogica account or otherwise designated by you in placing the order for such auto-replenishment item under the Auto-Replenishment program.

• All auto-replenishment orders require a credit card payment. Advance payment methods can be available.

• Your auto-replenishment order will remain in effect until it is
cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your my Account page under
"Manage Auto-replenishments", or email us on
ecomcustomerservice@dermalogica.com Cancellations become effective
immediately unless such cancellation is made less than twenty-four (24)
hours before the next auto-replenishment product shipment date, in which
case the cancellation will be processed following such shipment and
prior to the next scheduled shipment.

• If you cancel auto-replenishment for an item and then reactivate it, any discounts applied to such auto-replenishment item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Auto-Replenishment Program discount percentage changes or any other
Auto-Replenishment Program benefits change, the new discount and/or benefits will be applied to your future shipments of that item.

• Auto-replenishment items will ship automatically until you cancel your auto-replenishment.

• The actual cost of each order may vary depending on the prices and promotions then in effect, quantity, and frequency of shipment.

• A recurring charge in the amount of the product selected for auto-replenishment will be automatically charged to your credit card for each shipment on the schedule you requested when you selected the product.

• Dermalogica may, at our sole discretion, change these Terms (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on Dermalogica.co.uk), at any time without notice to you. If any change to
these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
that change is severable and does not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining changes or terms and conditions. Your
continued participation after we change these Terms constitutes your
acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must
cancel your auto-replenishment order and cease your participation in the
Auto-Replenishment Program.
