STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE DRAWS AND COMPETITIONS THE UK / REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

2. To enter, visit our website, place a qualifying order during the Promotional Period and comply with the entry instructions set out on the website. 

3. Promotional Period. The opening date for entries is 00:01AM BST  on 16/ 7 / 2026 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59PM BST  on 19 / 7 / 2026 . 

4. No entrant may win more than one prize.  

5. To enter, you must place an order during the Promotional Period and be a registered Dermalogica Member at the time of entry.     

6. If anyone other than you appears in your entry, you must have their permission to use their name and/or likeness in the manner contemplated by this promotion.  

7. There are five (5) prizes available. Each winner will receive a refund of the purchase price actually paid by them for the Dermalogica product purchased during the Promotional Period, up to a maximum of £200 per winner. 

8. The five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date using a process that produces verifiably random results. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision shall be final. If, for any reason, a prize cannot be awarded as described, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value 

9. The winner(s)  will be notified by email [from Dermalogica within 14days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same process. 

10. The winner’s(s’)  details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to  the Promoter within ten weeks after the closing date.      

11. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.dermalogica.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy ……………………... All entry instructions form part of the rules. 

12. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
