What are my delivery options?
Orders
Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery to arrive. All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday.
How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery on orders over €110. Delivery costs €3.95 per order under €110. Please note: delivery charge is non-refundable.
Free delivery for new customers on all orders
Will I be charged any extra custom fees?
No, all duties and import fees are covered.
What courier service do you use?
We use DPD couriers. Please note: a signature is not required at this time for all deliveries.
Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive an email from Dermalogica notifying you of your order being shipped.
How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your order confirmation.
Do I need to sign for my order?
No, DPD will not require a signature when they deliver your parcel. DPD will take a photo of it instead in your open doorway as proof it has been delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship goods outside the ROI, UK or Northern Ireland .
Discrepancies with your order?
Please contact customer service, Monday Friday 09:00 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays), within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
