It’s super simple to start your subscription. Just navigate to our dedicated subscription box page and add your box to your basket. We will do everything else.

Once you purchase your first box, you will be set up to receive your subcritpion box every 3 months. This is a fixed frequency and can not be amended.

Once you purchase your first box you will be automatically set up to receive your subscription boxes every 3 months. The credit/debit card you use to make your initial purchase will be the same card that is charged every 3 months. We will notify you should there be an issue with your card at any point for your reoccurring orders. Failure to keep your card details up to date will result in your subscription being cancelled.

You can create a new account on the store without making a purchase by clicking the person icon in the top right corner. If you already have an account, simply click the person icon to login. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions on the login page.

Once you login to your dermalogica store account click on ‘manage my subscription’ within your customer portal you will see your active subscription box item and you will see ‘next shipment date’ associated with it.

Most of our Dermalogica products have the option to have auto-replenishment so you never need to be without your Dermalogica favourites. Once you login to your Dermalogica store account and navigate to ‘manage my subscription' you will see a whole host of other products on the right hand side that you can also add to subscription. Simply click add and set the frequency of your choice.

To cancel your box you need to login to your dermalogica store account and click on manage my subscriptions. Here you will be able to cancel your box.

We accept only credit or debit card payments at checkout.

Each box will have a different theme whether that be a brightening skin edit or a hydration edit. The products that you receive will fit the theme of the box and will vary. They will be a mixture of deluxe minis and travel sizes products, which are the perfect size for you to try something new. We will also from time to time add in some skin tools that fit the theme of the box along with a some education on what you have in your box.

For the time being our subscription boxes are quarterly boxes delivered every 3 months. There maybe a time where we move to monthly boxes, so be sure to join our mailing list to be kept up to date with all the latest news from Dermalogica.
