How do I apply for a position at Dermalogica?

You will first need to create a job seeker account. You can do that from any job posting by clicking "Apply" . You will be prompted to either log to your existing account or create a new account. Once logged in to your account, you may submit your application and CV to each position you'd like to apply for.

What happens if I have forgotten my password?

Simply click on the reset password button and you'll be taken to a link to reset.

Do I need to create an account to browse openings?

No, candidates are able to view current openings without creating an account. However, you must create an account in order to submit an application.

After I have sent in my CV, how do I know you have received it?

If you have applied for a position via our website, you will receive an automated e-mail response confirming receipt of your application. Please know that all applications are reviewed for consideration. However, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to personally respond to each one every time. The Recruitment Team will contact you if your experience and skills are a close match for the position.

Do you have a contact or email address where I can send my CV?

To ensure fairness and legal compliance in our recruitment processes, we only accept CV's that are submitted with an online application via our website.

What is the interviewing process?

There are 3 major phases in the hiring process - Application Review, Interviews and Decisions. Your application will be reviewed and the Recruitment Manager will be in touch with you to arrange phone and/or in-person interview(s) if your skills and experience are a close match for the position. The Recruitment Manager will keep you advised of any additional steps following your interview(s).

What happens if my qualifications do not fit the position in which I applied, will my CV considered for other opportunities within Dermalogica?

Absolutely! If your application is not selected, you will receive an email notifying you of this status. Know that we still appreciate your interest in working for Dermalogica and that we respect the time you took to apply. Your CV will remain in our database in case it matches other opportunities in the future. But do please still look at our website for all vacancies.

Are there any jobs available outside of the UK?
